Careers & Opportunities

At StartCare, our most valuable asset is our staff.

Over 250 dedicated professionals provide care to more than 4,000 patients each year. We believe it’s paramount that our staff reflect the diversity of the people we serve. By embracing diversity in our workforce, we gain access to a wealth of perspectives, experiences, and cultural competencies that enrich every aspect of our organization. This  empowers us to better understand and address the unique needs and challenges faced by those we serve, and to provide culturally and linguistically responsive care. Our organization centers equity, social justice, and respect for all individuals, regardless of their race, gender, ethnicity, or background.
