Medications for Addiction Treatment (MATs) help treat withdrawal, increase treatment retention, prevent resumption of substance use, and overall reduce the risk of associated harms, including fatal overdose. The FDA has approved MATs for alcohol, nicotine, and opioid use. REACH participants receive MATs as a part of managing a substance use disorder, as needed and preferred.
Participants can access individual, family, and group therapy, and skill-building groups. Our psychiatrists conduct comprehensive assessments and prescribe and manage medication where needed and preferred.
Our medical providers specialize in conditions that most impact our participants, such as viral hepatitis and HIV/AIDS. Participants receive testing and treatment, health education, and care navigation services.
Our Vocational Fulfillment Program aims to provide participants with personalized support to achieve economic self-sufficiency and active participation in the community. Individual goals and pathways include education, career, volunteering, and more.
Participants can access a variety of person-centered services to support self-defined goals, regardless of where they are in their recovery journey. This includes opioid overdose prevention training, which prepares participants to respond to the continuing overdose crisis in our communities.
